All shipments will usually be sent out Ground UPS or FedEx, unless otherwise specified. Rush delivery, such as Next Day Air or Second Day Air, is available upon request.
Economy shipping is through the USPS.
We do not ship products to any PO Box.
If you decide to return your order, shipping costs are not refundable.

Orders of stock items with rush delivery placed by 2:00 pm CDT will be shipped that day. Orders of stock items with rush delivery placed after 2:00 pm CDT will be shipped the following day. Custom items or non-stock items will be shipped as soon as possible.

UPS & FedEx guaranteed shipping is guaranteed by UPS & FedEx, not by Seculok Cargo Control. Next Day Air and Second Day Air shipments can be affected by weather conditions. We do our best to help you track your product once it leaves our location.

Sales Tax Collection
Sales Tax will be collected based on the delivery address location. A completed UNIFORM SALES & USE TAX EXEMPTION/RESALE CERTIFICATE is acceptable as a resale/exemption certificate for sales and use tax. The issuer and the recipient have the responsibility to determine the proper use of this certificate under applicable laws in each state, as these may change from time to time.

A Vendor’s License does not grant tax exempt status, only a completed UNIFORM SALES & USE TAX EXEMPTION/RESALE CERTIFICATE.

Any applicable tax exempt certificates must be completed BEFORE purchases are made. No refunds of sales taxes will be given upon completion of the purchase.
